    These are the terms and conditions for:

    • Flix TV App (Available on Google Play, LG Content Store, Amazon Appstore, and App Store).

    By using the platform, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and our privacy policy. In these terms and conditions, the words "platform" refer to the Flix TV application and website as a whole, "we", "us", "our" and "Flix TV" refer to Flix TV and "you" and "user" refer to you, the user of Flix TV.

    The following terms and conditions apply to your use of the platform, including versions for Smart TVs, mobile devices, and tablets, as well as any other version of Flix TV accessible through other devices.

    PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE USING OR OBTAINING ANY SERVICES FROM THE PLATFORM.

    1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

    This agreement sets forth the legally binding terms for your use of Flix TV. By registering and using the platform, you agree to be bound by this agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this agreement, you must not use the platform and must stop using the service immediately. We may modify this agreement from time to time, and such modification will be effective when posted on the platform. You agree to be bound by any modifications to these terms and conditions when you use Flix TV after such modification is posted; therefore, it is important that you review this agreement regularly.

    Use of the platform is prohibited for children under the age of 13. For children under 18 but over 13, it is the responsibility of parents and legal guardians to determine whether the use of the platform or any of the content and functionality available on the platform is appropriate for their child or minor in custody.

    By using the platform, you represent and warrant that you have full right, power, and authority to enter into this agreement and to fully perform all of your obligations hereunder. You further represent and warrant that you have no legal incapacity or contractual restriction that would prevent you from entering into this agreement.

    2. ACCOUNT

    Flix TV does not require users to create a username or password. Instead, when the app is started, a unique MAC address is generated, which serves as the user's identification on the platform.

    Users can test the app for 7 days before making a payment. After the payment is made, there will be no refunds.

    Flix TV reserves the right to terminate your access immediately, with or without notice, and without liability to you if Flix TV believes that you have breached any of these terms, provided Flix TV with false or misleading information, or interfered with another's use of the platform or the service.

    3. RESPONSIBILITY FOR CONTENT

    Flix TV is strictly a media player, similar to VLC, ExoPlayer, or QuickTime Player. We do not provide or endorse any content, playlists, or channels. Users are solely responsible for adding their own preferred content.

    We do not take any responsibility for the content uploaded, shared, or streamed by the user. Users are strictly prohibited from using any illegal content through the Flix TV platform. Any violation of this rule will result in the immediate blocking of the user's MAC address, and no refunds will be issued.

    We do not support or promote illegal content in any form. Any user found engaging in illegal activities using the platform will be banned permanently without the right to appeal.

    4. ACTIVATION FEE AND SUBSCRIPTIONS

    Users can activate our platform through an activation fee. By paying the activation fee of the application, the user agrees to purchase the service for the price announced and indicated on the platform at the time of payment.

    Subscriptions include automatic recurring payments. You authorize Flix TV to renew your subscription and to charge you periodically on each billing date. To avoid renewal, you must cancel your subscription before the next billing period.

    Flix TV reserves the right to change or discontinue the availability of services and subscriptions at any time at its sole discretion.

    5. PAYMENTS

    The activation fee and subscriptions are payable through:

    • Credit/debit card (Stripe)

    • PayPal

    • Google Pay

    • Apple Pay

    The platform will be activated upon payment. Once the transaction is processed, we will send an electronic receipt to the user's email address.

    If your payment is declined, you must provide an alternative payment method.

    6. COPYRIGHT & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

    All Flix TV materials, including names, logos, trademarks, images, text, graphics, videos, photographs, software, and other items, are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, distribute, sell, or modify any Flix TV materials without prior permission.

    If you believe that any content on Flix TV infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact us with a detailed complaint.

    7. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

    The following activities are strictly prohibited:

    • Using the platform to access or distribute illegal content.

    • Circumventing any security measures in place.

    • Engaging in fraudulent or unlawful behavior.

    • Attempting to decompile, reverse engineer, or modify the software.

    If we determine that a user is engaging in prohibited activities, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate their account and block their MAC address without a refund.

    8. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

    Flix TV provides the platform "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform or that it will be error-free.

    We are not responsible for any content streamed or stored by users and do not guarantee any specific results from using the platform.

    9. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

    Any disputes arising from the use of Flix TV will be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE. Users agree to settle disputes through arbitration before taking any legal action.

    10. FINAL PROVISIONS

    These terms are governed by the laws of Dubai. If any provision of these terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.
